Our primary care providers are board certified in at least one discipline and hold multiple certifications. Majority of our physicians are bi-lingual and represent the cultural and linguistic makeup of our service community. Improving health care services depends in part on ensuring that patients have a continuum of care.
Having a primary care provider (PCP) as the usual source of care is especially important. Here at AAACHC our primary care includes diagnosis, treatment, medications and follow-up care. AAACHC PCPs works to develop meaningful and sustained relationships with you as a patients and provide integrated services while practicing in the context of family and community.
